Is there anything you want to return? Is the size you chose not yours? Would you prefer another color?

Although we hope you like everything you buy, in-store returns are free and within 14 days from receiving your order.

ONLINE RETURNS

You can also make returns via the website.

When you have selected the items you wish to return and entered the return, you will need to arrange a collection of your order with a carrier and send it to us at the address indicated on the website. ​

Pack all your items into a single parcel and stick the label provided by the carrier on the outside. Whenever possible,we recommend that you use the package in which you received your order using the second adhesive strip to seal it. In this way we can avoid generating more waste. 

Once we have received the products returned in the warehouse, you will receive a refund via the same payment method you used.

Please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is returned because it is defective, or Springfield is at fault. Please contact our customer service for more information call us on ( 920006333 )

GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

1. Refunds will be made according to the payment method used for the purchase. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

2. Promotional Items: The return of items purchased during a promotion may void the conditions relating to this offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated based on the new terms of sale.

3. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

4. Failure to present the original payment card will result in a refund using Springfield gift card or you can list your bank details while initiating the Return.

5. For hygienic reasons, it is not possible for us to refund or exchange Underwear, Swimwear, and Accessories.

6. All merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original condition, must not have been worn, must not have been washed and the original price tags must still be attached. Excluding unreturnable products (Underwear, Swimwear, and Accessories).

7. If you return a non-returnable item the package will be declined and you will be charged SAR 25 and the item will be sent back to your address.

9. A gift card cannot be refunded nor replaced if lost or stolen.

EXCHANGES

You can easily exchange your items at any of our physical stores. Simply bring your product along with the receipt, and our in-store team will be happy to assist you with the exchange

REFUND POLICY

 

Refund Process for Payment on Delivery (COD): Note that COD purchases are only refundable through store credit, or after you fill your bank details “ link here” upon the customer request.

Refund Process for Tamara Credit Card and Mada Payment: The amount will be refunded to the Credit card (Visa, Master and AMEX) with which the payment was made. Usually, it takes around 7 to 14 working days, MADA refunds can take up to 2 to 3 days(depending on the type of card and the bank) of our receipt of the product to our warehouse and ensures the safety of the returned items and the packaging. For in store returns, the refunds will be issued in cash only.

Note: When purchasing from any offer, you must return the free items as well as the paid items, it is not eligible to return the paid items only.
