Operation :
The Springcash Card is a subscription card, which will be charged for the amount of the corresponding subscription. The client will not be able to request a refund of the amount. The balance of the same cannot be exchanged for cash.
This card can only be used in Springfield stores located in Spain and in the online store Myspringfield.com in Spain. It cannot be used to purchase a Gift Card. More than one Springcash Card can be used for the same purchase in a physical store but not online. It cannot be combined with a Gift Card. The Springcash Card can be used for sales, promotions and special offers and can be combined with Springfield Money. In case of return of the purchase made with the Springcash Card, it will be necessary to present the purchase receipt, no cash refunds will be made, but only exchanges for any other product of the same or higher amount (paying the difference), or a refund may be issued. new Springcash Card for the corresponding amount.

Validity :
The Springcash card does not expire.

Responsibility :
The company is not responsible for the Card not being able to be used as a payment instrument in the event of its deterioration, loss or theft.
The company that owns the Card is Tendam Retail, SA (A-08099459, Avda del Llano Castellano, 51, 28034, Madrid).
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Advantages :
For refunds made on the Springfield Springcash Credit Card, the customer will benefit from a gift voucher worth 20% of the amount of the refund of purchases paid by cash or bank card, not valid in transactions with a gift receipt. To benefit from said 20%, it will be necessary to present the gift voucher obtained, once the refund amount has been charged to the Subscription Card. The gift voucher can be redeemed once 24 hours have elapsed since its issuance.
